Refund Protection
Guarantee: If your order is not dispatched within 25 business days from order confirmation, you are entitled to request a full refund for your custom piece.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to customs regulations, extended shipping times, and international trade restrictions, we currently cannot ship to the following countries:

Iran
Iraq
Brazil
Israel
India
OFAC Sanctioned Countries: We also cannot ship to any countries currently under OFAC sanctions.

Multiple Item Orders
When you order multiple products from thobes.fit, we attempt to ship everything in a single package to ensure convenience. However, due to the custom nature of our products or production timing differences, we may occasionally need to ship items in separate parcels.
Notification: You will be notified via email when payment is processed if multiple shipments are required.
Delivery Requirements
Important Delivery Information:
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses for security and verification purposes
- Signature required upon delivery for confirmation
- If you're unavailable during delivery, contact the courier directly to reschedule
- Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in package return to sender - neither ThobesFit LLC nor the courier will be responsible for returned packages
Expedited Shipping Service

For customers who need their custom pieces urgently, we offer Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after production completion
- Additional Cost: Get quote via live chat or email
- Production Priority: Your order receives priority handling in our workshop

Free Shipping: USA, Canada, and UK only
International Orders: Shipping charges apply for all other countries and regions
